Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@vintagetomemo.com. Returns must be sent to: Crispy OÜ (VintageToMemo), Taumi põik 7, 76906 Harjumaa, Estonia. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.

Non-returnable items: Custom or personalized items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges: To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.

European Union — Right of Withdrawal: If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@vintagetomemo.com.
