A charming Italian ceramic amphora vase featuring two iconic views of the Bay of Naples: the ancient ruins of Pompeii with Mount Vesuvius on one side and the Vesuvio crater on the reverse.
The classical two-handled form is decorated in warm cream and amber marbled tones with gold-colored accents, giving the piece a distinctive Mediterranean character.
Likely produced as an Italian travel souvenir during the mid-to-late 20th century, approximately 1960s–1980s. The exact maker and date are unknown.
