Vintage Tarbeklaas blue glass swan from Estonia, a beautiful example of Estonian decorative art glass.
This elegant bird sculpture is formed from rich cobalt blue glass with a graceful, elongated S-shaped neck and streamlined body. The thick glass creates wonderful variations in color, from brilliant translucent blue to almost black in the heaviest areas. A small green-yellow accent at the tip of the beak adds a particularly charming detail.
Made by Tarbeklaas, the historic Estonian glass manufacturer known for distinctive 20th-century tableware and decorative glass. Its fluid sculptural form makes this piece especially appealing as both a collectible example of Estonian glass design and a decorative Mid-Century accent.
