Vintage Estonian Leather Passport Cover – Soviet Era Typography Design

Original vintage Estonian leather passport cover from the Soviet era, most likely dating from the 1960s–1970s.

The cover features a striking graphic design built around the repeated word “PASS” (Estonian for passport). The front has a large central PASS motif, while the surrounding surface and back continue the same bold typographic pattern.

Made from warm ochre/cognac-toned leather with contrasting black decoration and dark decorative laced edging, the piece has a strong mid-century Baltic modernist character.
